About Prism
Prism Behavioral Consulting is a small, Seattle-based ABA agency with a passion for working with families and providing caregivers with tools to help their children succeed!

We provide an individualized, comprehensive approach to behavior therapy and consultation services, with focus on the diverse needs of each client and family. We utilize the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to impact meaningful change in behavior. We believe that by teaching and sharing knowledge with others, we provide them with tools for their toolbox. It is our goal to help families feel equipped to navigate challenges and achieve their goals!

Prism celebrates and supports neurodiversity. We provide compassionate, trauma-informed care that greatly involves our clients’ decisions and input. We honor the individuality of each person, family, and brain.

Prism is certified through the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE), ensuring equitable, accessible, and responsive services for autistic children.

What Our Employees Are Saying
"I love collaborating with Prism's Owner & Clinical Director, the Individual Support Specialists (BTs), and the other BCBAs.  We have a great team here at Prism. Prism focuses on celebrating neurodiversity and supporting our clients with enhancing their autonomy. I love how we positively encourage client growth and skill development."

- Anastasia Aleksandrova (she/her), M.A., BCBA, LBA
  Behavior Analyst
"My favorite thing about working for Prism is the close-knit community and the sense of support that comes with being part of it. As a fledgling BCBA, it's important to surround yourself with other professionals to collaborate with. Prism has fostered a culture that reinforces collaborative behavior like asking for input from team members, problem solving each other's concerns, and regularly checking in with one another. This hasn't just made work more gratifying- it's made me a more confident and capable practitioner."

-
Colin Haggerty (he/him), M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
   Behavior Analyst

"I love working at Prism because it is important to me that the therapy I provide is neurodivergent-affirming and focused on helping clients build skills to help them navigate a world that is not designed for them. I also really value the openness and eagerness to collaborate with non-ABA providers in order to help serve our clients holistically."

-
Emily Allen (she/her), CBT, RBT
Individual Support Specialist
