Hello, I'm Alicia, I have been working as a behavior technician for 2 years, I started working with children as a preschool teacher in 2015 until I got my provider license and work as an in-home childcare provider from 2017 until 2020. I believe that ABA should be respectful, compassionate, and empowering, and also allow clients and parents to be heard, understood, and supported.
