Bio: Louise Peng, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Louise graduated from the University of Washington and received her Master's in applied behavior analysis, and has been a BCBA since 2020. She has worked in a variety of settings, including homes, hospitals, and clinics. Louise's journey in ABA started out when she worked as a student intern in the Early Childhood Partial Hospitalization Program at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. After seeing all the progress made by the clients, she was inspired by what ABA could help clients connect with the world and open up so many more opportunities in their lives. Louise designs every goal for clients with a mindset of how the goal is going to facilitate the client's learning, help them communicate their wants and needs, and improve their quality of life in the long term. Outside of work, Louise likes to try out different brunch spots and donut shops!
