Bio: Jessica Flaherty
Jessica Flaherty graduated with a master's degree in special education and ABA in 2017 from Nicholls State University in Louisiana. They have worked with neurodiverse people in the field of ABA since 2013. Jessica recently completed their PhD at the University of Washington, where their research focused on developing a contextually appropriate, gender-affirming care training model for behavior analysts. Jessica approaches their practice with an emphasis on collaborative relationships with clients, families, and communities, aiming to deliver truly individualized, culturally responsive, contextually appropriate services. In their free time, Jessica is always down to clown and enjoys goofin’ off with their wife, two dogs, and countless reptiles.
