Bio: Katie Stephens
Katie Stephens graduated with a Masters of Education degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2024 from the University of Washington. She became a certified behavior technician in 2020, and then became a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2024. Katie has worked with autistic children ages 3-18 in the home, clinic, and school settings and enjoys seeing how the learner can grow within each setting. Katie is passionate about taking an assent based and neurodiversity affirming approach to teaching and loves to meet the learner where they are at in order to use their strengths to learn something new. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time in the sun by the water, reading, traveling, and baking.
