Bio: Madison Sires
Madison graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and completed her practicum in Seattle. She became a BCBA in April 2022. With over 12 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and 7 years specifically in ABA, Madison has worked with toddlers to adults in diverse settings, including schools, workplaces, homes, and clinics. She is passionate about providing high-quality behavior analysis while allowing space for warmth, understanding, and human-ness. In her free time, Madison enjoys learning more about recent research in the behavior analytic field through podcasts, journals, and books. She also loves making the most of Seattle summers by paddle boarding, picnicking, and hanging out in parks. In the winters, you can find her spending time with her feisty cat, Omen, thrift shopping, and reading in coffee shops.
