Bio: Natasha Decker

Natasha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Public Relations from Gonzaga University in May 2024, with a minor in Leadership Studies. She has had experience working with kids since 2022 as both a babysitter and a Substitute Paraeducator for the Oak Harbor Public Schools, where she supported children from pre-K to 5th grade, helping them integrate into the classroom environment. Natasha is passionate about working with children and is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning space where every child can thrive. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures, having spent a semester studying abroad in Florence, Italy. She also loves reading books, golfing, and hanging out with her friends, family, and dog.
