Nicole has been in the field of ABA as a Behavior Technician for 4 years. She considers her therapeutic technique to be relaxed, grounding, and down to earth. Nicole draws from her identity as a trans woman on the Autism spectrum to inform her value of diversity anf the needs of every autistic individual.
