Bio: Olive Andromeda
Olive Andromeda (any pronouns) became a Behavior Technician in Washington in 2025 and has worked with autistic and neurodivergent children in both home and community settings since then. As an autistic adult who also experienced autism intervention during childhood, Olive brings both professional training and lived experience to their work. They enjoy collaborating with families and clinical teams to create individualized, compassionate support that helps each child build meaningful skills and confidence.
Olive is passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care and believes every child deserves to be understood, respected, and supported in ways that honor their unique strengths. They especially enjoy helping children develop communication, independence, self-advocacy, and confidence while following each child's interests and strengths.
Outside of work, Olive enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest on motorcycles, kayaking, and working on classic cars. They also love spending time with their dog and are always excited to learn about engineering, psychology, and new hobbies.
