Jen Dyer

Jen graduated from Ball State University with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and shortly after became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020. Prior to receiving her BCBA certification, Jen worked as a behavior technician beginning in 2016 at an agency based in the Greater Seattle area. She worked with autistic individuals aged 2-18 in home, clinic, and school settings and enjoyed collaborating with parents and caregivers. As a BCBA, Jen led a group parent support workshop program for two years that focused on parent-led naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention strategies for early intervention learners.
Jen is passionate about providing neurodiversity affirming strength-based services that put compassion first with a special interest in promoting relational responding, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Skills-Based Treatment.
As a Seattle native, Jen loves spending time exploring the local music scene, playing shows with her band, thrifting, and spending time in her garden.
