Bio: Molly Marchion

Molly graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 with a Bachelor's in Psychology and started working as an ABA Therapist shortly after while living in Chicago. She's worked with the neurodivergent community for the past 2.5 years and has developed a passion for helping, supporting, and advocating for the families and clients she works with. She's determined in providing neurodivergent-affirming and high quality care and loves building strong relationships with her clients. Molly is completing her Master's in Social Work at the University of Washington to continue helping those in underprivileged communities. On her own time, Molly loves reading and being as creative as possible. She enjoys spending time outside with her family and dogs when the PNW weather allows, and trying new restaurants around the city!
