Bio: Caitlin Shoemaker
Caitlin comes to us from northern Michigan with a background disability program management and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan. Before making the move to Seattle, she accumulated five years of experience working with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home, school, and clinic settings. In addition to her role at Prism Behavioral Consulting, Caitlin supports adults with disabilities in obtaining supported living services through her work as Fundraising Manager at Banchero Disability Partners. She strives to promote community inclusion for people with disabilities in all that she does and hopes to expand her impact by becoming a BCBA. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing board games, rollerblading, and camping trips with friends.
