Bio: Skye Mercer, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Skye is a certified HR Consultant, who completed her B.A. in Business Administration, at Western Washington University and her MBA at Arizona State University. She has worked in HR for 20 years and loves working with purpose-driven small businesses like Prism. Skye enjoys collaborating with supervisors and employees to create a positive work environment.  When she's not working, she can be found spending time outside, biking, kayaking, hiking, reading, spending time with her family and her cat Cheeto.
