Bio: Ella Hayes
Ella graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2022 with Bachelor’s in Psychology and Spanish Language and Culture. She has worked as a behavior technician for three years, providing support to a variety of clients of different ages and behaviors. She is currently completing her Master’s in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) at Arizona State University while working towards becoming a BCBA. Ella strives to provide the highest quality of care possible to clients and their families by building a trusting relationship and always ensuring the client’s assent throughout her sessions. She aims to help client’s reach their full potential and independence while celebrating their unique differences.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys exploring the PNW, playing with her dog Mochi, snuggling with her cat Sesame and spending time with friends and family.
