In 2015, she started working as a program manager, helping train RBTs on behavior intervention plans and started graduate school in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her focus in graduate school was in neuropsychology and the impact of ABA on emotional and behavioral disorders. She graduated and passed the BCBA exam in 2017. She has committed her career since then to providing training, support and leadership in various school settings that provide support to students with high needs behaviorally and socially. She has extensive experience in Organizational Behavior Management and training clinicians on challenging and complex behaviors. She is a trained Acceptance and Commitment clinician and presented at conferences on the therapy and its impact on behavior in students. She is currently working on obtaining her Ph.D in Applied Behavior Analysis.
